Refunds Policy & Shipping


Shipping Australia-wide is $10 and takes up to 7-10 days. We've had to stop our express 3-4 day shipping due to COVID making it a bit difficult to estimate time of arrivals and may cause longer delays in delivery.

If you have not received your order after the 10 days, please contact us via email at and we will track down your parcel for you.

It is best you leave your phone number upon purchase so our manufacturer can text you your tracking number of your pacel.

We run our shipping through Post Australia Express.



In the case of a print defect or seam defect, we ask that you take a photo of the defect and send to along with your full name and order number. Within the email, please advise whether you wish for a refund or an exchange for another item.

We offer exchanges and refunds if you:

  • Purchased the item within 30 days
  • Have not worn or washed the garment, and it's in its original condition
We will reimburse you for the shipping costs when you've sent it back to us and email us a receipt of the return package.
